Description

The bird feeders adjacent to the bird blind are not consistently filled during the Summer months so there is rarely any bird activity here during Summer. The southern portion of the trail passes by an ephemeral creek. There are several trail spurs leading to the creek from the southern portion of the trail. The creek bed is dry during the Summer except for a few occasional puddles.

Flora & Fauna

Doll's eyes (Actaea pachypoda), eastern grey squirrel (Sciurus carolinensis)
