The Pond Loop starts from behind the restrooms at Annie Louise Wilkerson Park at the same spot at the Epps Forest Loop. This is a short and easy natural surface trail that makes a loop around the one-acre farm pond. From the trailhead, go right to head down to the pond. The trail splits - head either way to make a loop around the lake. There are scenic views of the pond and several benches are available to stop for a rest and to enjoy the view. Turtles are commonly seen in the pond. Near the southwest of the trail, Hidden Rocks Loop splits off, providing an opportunity for a longer loop.

Turtles are common in the pond.
