On street parking is easy around the portions that cross King St.

The portion to the north through three woods is a little rocky so a possible risk of twisted ankles; otherwise, it's a good run.

A mixture of environments, some street running, a portion along the Saint Lawrence River waterfront, a section through evergreen woods, a portion through rocky woods, a section near over the Gananoque River and a stroll along an old railway line route. Not a hard run.

There are several side trails as well, especially near the Gan River, all worth a look. Check out this link for an attached guide and map.

Lots of trees and birds. I saw a pair of wolves last time I went out in mid-December.
