This trail starts in São José da Serra and ends at Parna Cipó. In the first 3-4km, it's just going up the mountain. This part is full of rocks, so pay attention.

Once at the top, you'll start to run directly to Lagoa Dourada Valley. It's possible to go to the Vale da Lagoa Dourada Trail. Just follow the other trail on this map.

Continuing to Parna Cipó, you'll have to pay attention to the GPS or use the Trail Run Project mobile app because the entrance to this trail is difficult to see. Once you find it, you'll go down for a while on a rocky trail. Some km ahead, you can take a look at the cave and drink clean water in the creek.

After the creek, just go ahead on the trail that looks like an old dirt road. It's possible to make a side trip on the Capão dos Palmitos Waterfall Trail, too.
