Runner Notes
This is a public area thus no security.
Description
This trail is on public land, and runs along the area between the streets surrounding the Zwartkop Nature Reserve and the fence of the nature reserve. It is 1.3-meter wide or open area. It is easy and can be run, walked, or mountain biked. As it is public area, it has no restrictions of any kind and can be used 24/7. The beauty of this trail and, in fact, the reason for its creation is that you have a trail in the city but you never have to cross streets. You do have to go onto the street at two points and that is when you cross the Hennops River bridges.
Flora & Fauna
Grassland on trail but various antelope and zebra in reserve which are visible for most part of route.
