Description

Squeeze Pen is part of a larger network of trails starting from the Loma Verde Trailhead. Park at the Loma Verde trailhead off Cactus Forest Drive. Take the Loma Verde Trail north for .2 miles until you come to Squeeze Pen Trail. At this point, Squeeze Pen heads east and eventually ends up heading in a northernly direction. Squeeze Pen offers wonderful views of cacti as it winds through the Sonoran Desert. There are several trails intersecting with Squeeze Pen, so visitors can enjoy a short journey through the desert on this trail or connect to several of the other trails in the area making one long loop and return to the Loma Verde Trailhead.
