Mostly concrete stairs

I've done this hike like 50 times since around 1973. Mostly stairs and steps all downhill with the blue sea as the reward. Bring a bathing suit and towel....

Trailhead: Drive from Ruta towards San Rocco and park at Parcheggio Comunale Via San Rocco. Walk along the road about 800 meters to Chiesa di San Rocco. Grab a snack at Panificio Maccarini before proceeding. From the church follow signs towards Punta Chiappa. It's marked and easy to find. There are a few intersections and just keep going towards Punta Chiappa.

To return one can either walk back or take the boat to Camogli. There is also a trail from Camogli back to the Chiesa di San Rocco.
