Description

The trail starts off with an easy downhill into an open meadow and soon you'll pass an old sawmill. A nice side trail leads to the mill if you want to check it out.

The trail levels along a small stream, and goes through a nice stand of aspen trees. The trail then gradually heads uphill with stretches of ponderosas and aspens.

At the end of the trail there are great views of Boulder Canyon and Sugarloaf Mountain. Enjoy a break on the bench or bring a picnic before turning around to the easy downhill trek back to where you started.
