Overview

The Ozark Foothills 50k and 25k are simultaneous trail races that will be held across the scenic and technical trails laying at the foothills of the gently rolling Ozark mountain range. The race capacity is a total of 125 runners.

Need to Know

There will be 3 Aid Stations, one at the start/finish (with restrooms) and the other two approximately 5 miles apart on the course. Each aid station will be supplied with water, electrolyte drinks, gels, snacks, first aid, and enthusiastic volunteers! Restrooms will be available at the start/finish.

Runner Notes

Beautiful singletrack. Hilly, rocky, and rooty in parts.

Description

This is a challenging course of steep grades and rolling terrain. Runners will be treated to 95% singletrack with rocks, roots, and creek crossings that make for a fairly technical 15 mile loop. Trails used by the course include Deer Run, Eagle Valley, Green Rock, Overlook, Beulah, DeClue, and Dogwood at Greensfelder Park.
