Description

A beautiful lake in an area of Yosemite that doesn't get as much use as the heavily trafficked areas. 15 miles in from the Mono Meadow trailhead via Illiouette Creek Trail. Continue on for three miles to Red Peak Pass for stunning views. If you are looking for solitude in the high country of Yosemite, then this is a good spot to check out.
