This is a state nature preserve, so no pets are allowed. There are no restrooms here, despite what the official trail map shows.

This is a short loop with a nice climb. There is also a side loop you can add on for an additional .6 mile. The trail meanders along the bottom of the Caesar Creek Gorge, with some very nice views of the gorge wall and the creek. The trail eventually climbs out of the gorge onto old farmland that has been reclaimed by nature. This mowed section is wide and grassy, and frequently soggy. The preserve entry is next to the Little Miami Scenic Trail (paved). There is plenty of parking is available. For more information, visit the park's website.
