Please stick to the trail, as the surrounding land is privately owned.
Runner Notes
This trail will be a bit muddy during the spring. There are various rocks throughout, but nothing too difficult to avoid. There is also the occasional plank over typically muddy sections.
Description
Park in the lot at the trailhead. Shortly upon entering the trail, you'll get to a small bridge to cross over Sucker Brook. The trail continues at a very steady incline, winding through the woods along (what appear to be) property boundaries.
At about the half way mark, you'll see an obvious giant boulder next to an old stone wall. This trail is marked with highly visible arrow markers nailed to trees, which make the direction you should follow very clear (This is important, as the trail is surrounded by private property).
At the top is a nice open area with a bench, with views facing west towards Lake Champlain.
