Description

This is the longest trail in the Timberlands Preserve and, as its name suggests, is blazed white.

It begins with a slight incline that provides views of the Guilford Lakes Golf Course. The trail then continues through rolling hills, shaded by pine trees. This continues until the trail passes two small patches of wetlands. After which a short, but fairly steep descent brings you down to a small brook with crossed by a wooden bridge.

The rolling hills continue until Lakeside Drive. Here there are nice views of the Upper Lake. Additionally, this road includes a bridge over the small Iron Stream dam. The road run then continues on a short, steep incline and returns back into the preserve after a few tenths of a mile. The trail continues to the bridge over Iron Stream. The last mile features a few inclines but is generally not very interesting.
