Description

The Drovers Loop leads to Crianlarich, which is the halfway point on the West Highland Way. This trail gradually rises up a forested hill to meet with the West Highland Way 4: Inverarnan to Tyndrum. Expect a well-maintained, graveled service road through a temperate rain forest. Look for numerous mushrooms and wildlife along the way. If you continue the loop, this trail leads back to the north side of Crianlarich.

Notably, this is a good town to restore provisions, rest a night, or grab a bite to eat. There is also train service here to Glasgow or Fort William.
