Description

From the Stone Place Trail, share the Inspiration Loop Trail and head south towards the gorge. As you close in on the gorge, turn left into the rolling hills. A recent fire has cleaned out the underbrush and scarred the trees along the trail. The trail continues through open forest, squeezing through a wet drainage where it heads uphill. The next half mile eases uphill until it meets Stone Place Trail.
