Pance River EcoPark is a local ecopark located along the Pance River with great views of the river and the opportunity to see many local birds.

Bring cash for parking. There are local food vendors, and the bathroom costs 500 pesos (20 cents) to use. There are changing rooms also if you decide to bring a bathing suit.

The trail is mostly compacted dirt, and there can be some mud when it rains. No running on the bridges.

This run has a good ascent on a mostly flat and compacted running surface. There are a few areas along the loop where runner can pause to take in the views and enjoy the water. Most people enjoy the trail as a run prior to getting in the Pance River to cool off. There are countless species of birds in the area. There is a bird identification board at the entrance to the park. The park also has shops and restaurants, and you can arrive by car or pubic transportation including taxi.

Ther park has a wide range of flora, in turn attracting an abundance of birds.

The river flows fast, cool and clear, and its low levels make it one of the main tourist destinations of Cali.
