Overview

Easy parking at Tunnel Spring Park, well-defined trail. Watch out for mountain bikers on tight turns.

Description

The second and fourth mile have some pretty intense inclines--just enough to give a high threshold workout, but not too steep to be dangerous on the way down.

The run begins with an unimpressive view of the refineries and mines of NSL, but ends with a great view of SLC proper.

History & Background

Leads directly to Ensign Peak.
