This is the main path through Hammonasset Beach State Park. It is wide and paved most of the way with some gravel areas mixed in. It begins at the parking lot for West Beach. It then continues along the park's boardwalk, picnic areas, and each of the park's beaches as well as their respective bathhouses, pavilions, and concession stands. Additionally, there are a few areas with water fountains and benches along the trail. Finally, it ends at the concession stand for East Beach.
