Description

Great Divide Trail - Section G (North Boundary Trail to Kakwa Lake) Alternate Route.

This Alternate Route bypasses an open high alpine stretch of the GDT that can be treacherous in bad weather. It runs through the lower forested, and therefore more protected Jackpine River Valley.
