“This trail cuts through the meadows in the middle of the preserve to reach Cash Point.”

Birding · Fall Colors · River/Creek · Wildflowers
This is a flat easy trail that's nice for a trail run.
Shortly after the start of the Pyne Trail
, you'll pull off to your right to find the start of the Cash Point Trail. Cut uphill and you'll soon pass an old dead oak and a service trail that cuts hard right. Pass the Natural Heritage Trail
to your right and continue through the meadow until you head downhill to the Eno River and reconnect with the Pyne Trail
Flora & Fauna
This is a great place to see birds and flowers.
