Description

This excellent trail was built in 2014 to link the east side (Cedro Peak) to west side (Otero Canyon) of the Manzanitas.

The trail begins at Deadman, crosses "South 14" (SR 337), and then winds its way up to Lower Pine. From here you can go north or south with many options.

Besides its utility in crossing the highway and doing loops, it's just a very nice trail with smooth sections along the contours.

Be careful crossing the highway!
