“A moderately difficult and rugged trail with a beautiful view at the end overlooking the Cumberland Valley.”— Josh Dill
The first 0.2 miles are flat but after that, the grade increases. The trail is divided into two parts with the first ending at the "Wagon Wheel" which is an intersection of other trails at the state park. Continue on the trail to Flat Rock past this intersection.
The second part is mostly flat but there is a steep climb for about 0.4 miles to at the end to get to the viewpoint at Flat Rock. It's a tough climb but definitely worth the view!
