The trail starts at Suncreek Park and connects you to The Trail at the Woods. From the parking lot you'll take the Rowlett Creek Trail a short distance around an open field, where this trail begins and immediately enters the surrounding forest. The trail is paved and wide enough for cyclist and runners to share. You travel only a short distance before the trail turns to the right and changes to a gravel surface. You'll then journey over a bridge that straddles Rowlett Creek and takes you back to a paved path. The remainder of the trail runs through a wooded area where it terminates at the head of The Trail at the Woods, just after you pass underneath Alma Road. This trail provides a nice run with some great photo opportunities.
