Description

The Castle Bridge Trail is a spectacular alternative to portion of the Golden Wall Trail. Instead of just running up the canyon, this trail climbs along the base of the cliffs, providing a close up view of a continuous array of fantastic golden formations along the canyon wall. It is steep in places, but from the highest point, you only drop a little over 100 feet in elevation to get back on the Golden Wall Trail. If you have enough energy to do that little extra climbing, you'll be well rewarded for taking this alternative trail.
