Not all blaze in trees looking for trail, this part of trail went out by a steep edge maybe not comfortable for some. Provides a great view, overlook areas of trail and behind me was a nice stream running off the slab on my left side the trail crosses.

Not all blaze in trees looking for trail, this part of trail went out by a steep edge maybe not comfortable for some. Provides a great view, overlook areas of trail and behind me was a nice stream running off the slab on my left side the trail crosses.

Part of Pinnacle Pass Trail will turn back into an old road it looks like where it is easier walking again. This shows trail connecting with John Sloan Trail which may be 1 of 2 easier ways to use getting back to Jones Gap then rest of Pinnacle Pass.

There will be a lot of slabs like this along the trail, some with a little water running down it which you'll have to work around with little paths or cross following the trail but amazing to look at.
