For a couple of miles down hill of Pinnacle Pass Trail in this area is a switch back overgrown old road not used in a long time. Pretty easy walking section of this trail though with some wildflowers growing along road.

Pinnacle Pass Trail will descend, following Oil Camp Creek in sections which has a few small falls of it own seen from the trail, not sure if any are named.

Pinnacle Pass Trail will descend, following Oil Camp Creek in sections which has a few small falls of it own seen from the trail, not sure if any are named.
Pinnacle Pass Trail's road crossing. You come out on the left where the White Blaze, you continue trail on the right side with the thickest tree, brown grass area. Not highly noticeable first coming out of woods or direction until other markings found.
Pinnacle Pass Trail starting off Naturaland Trust Trail has a less hiked feeling compared to some others in the area as a lot of the trail is narrower in sections as you descend down toward the road crossing.
Hard to research, so here is BC site #D1, no fires, pet friendly, some view, water access is more limited, small creek crossing before camp coming up hill or water down a slab before that, easier if gotten before camp. Close to Pinnacle Pass TrailHead.
There are parts similar to this, where the trail almost feels overgrown and with a pack on trying to navigate through it, almost feels like it wants to push you towards the edge a steep hill or cliff, depending on the section. Probably needed a machete.
There will be a lot of slabs like this along the trail, some with a little water running down it which you'll have to work around with little paths or cross following the trail but amazing to look at.
