Description

Access this trail via the Piper-Whiteface Link and other trails in the area. This is generally not a very challenging trail except for two steep sections. It's also an interesting trail because you start above the summit and hike down to it. Follow the yellow blazes.

You'll start in a mostly uncovered, open terrain with solid views before you hit the first steep section. The views are the best right before this steep section and there isn't much in terms of views after you descend. Continue along the trail, you'll come to another steep section and then it's mostly flat out to Swett Mountain Summit.

The last several hundred feet of the trail are on private property so please be respectful. There are partial views from the summit at the end of the trail.
