DuPont State Recreational Forest is a very popular multi-use, bi-directional trail system, so be on the lookout for horses and cyclists. It is normally open in any weather although it can close during extended periods of freeze/thaw in the winter.

Description

Lake Julia Road starts from Conservation Road and ends at the intersection with Lake View Loop and the end of Reasonover Creek. At the 0.3 mile mark the trail connects with Camp Summit Road, which can be used as an easier alternative to the Conservation Road climb up to Airstrip Trail.
