This trail usually holds up pretty well but can get a little slippery. Call the park for trail conditions (570-945-3239) or check out their website for closures. As always, use common sense and stay off the trails if they are very muddy!

Description

Bear Paw Trail is a pretty easy way to get up to Turkey Hill, but the trail can also be taken in the downhill direction. Near the bottom, you can either stay left and add an extra switchback or drop down directly to the field. Both options get you to the same place. Use caution exiting the trail onto State Route 524!
