Description

From the junction of Horse Trail and Z Ranch Trail, this path climbs into a dense Douglas fir forest. Occasional views of Mt. Vision are seen as the trail becomes more level. Pop out into grassland with gopher holes and keep an eye out for spring wildflowers where Z Ranch Trail meets Mt Wittenberg Trail. Note: bikes are not allowed on the Z Ranch Trail.

Flora & Fauna

You'll be surrounded by douglas fir on this trail. Keep an eye out for gophers in the grassy areas.
