Need to Know

It is Red/Blue because it is marked Red if you head in one direction (clockwise, I think) and Blue if you head in the other direction.

Description

Thank God for USA (University of South Alabama). If it wasn't for this trail network and the Glenn Sebastian Nature Trails just to the north, Mobile would be completely devoid of any trails to go on.

This trail is part of the USA MTB trail network. Despite its name, everyone is welcome here and I have not seen it very busy even on beautiful weekend days (though my sample size is small). As with many urban MTB trails, they pack a lot into a small area.

This particular network (red/blue) is labeled as 6 miles, but it came in under that for me. The trails are well marked at the intersections and the trail is soft and flat. It is as good as you are going to get without going to MS or Blakely SP.
