Description

This is a great trail for folks looking to travel a well-established doubletrack. The trail keeps at a nice even incline that is never too steep. The first mile goes through a open plain before it passes through some newer forest and starts to cut back and forth on it's way up. The higher you get the views open up along the way.
The trail finally ends as the Mt. Ellis Trail turns to singletrack.
