Description

Jerry Smith Corridor is an old, partially paved, wide access road running north-south. The north end of the access is north of Inter-Garrison Rd at CSUMB and runs south, uphill to Watkins Gate Road at Trail 52. The access is (especially the northern section) littered with crumbling pavement and eroded wash-out. There is, however, usually a good track to one side or the other, so running isn't terribly difficult. A few patches of soft sand.

Flora & Fauna

Watch out for off-trail poison ivy/oak!
