Designated trails, roads, and parking areas are open to visitor access from sunrise to sunset, seven days a week, and are open most federal holidays (closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day).

Need to Know

As of June 2019, the connection to Indiana Street DOES NOT EXIST nor is there any sign of the trail in the stated location for at least half a mile to the west of there. The connection is planned, but is definitely not there yet.

Description

This is a connector road used for access between the Lindsay Ranch Loop and the Walnut Creek Loop on the north side of the Refuge. It climbs almost undetectably from east to west up to the Ranch Loop.
