The upper part of Sentiero 3 between Bocca di Navene and Punta di Vo is also named "Sentiero del Ventrar" and is one of the best running routes in the region.
Below Punta di Vo is a nice, short singletrack through flower-covered meadows. After this short section begins a doubletrack and leads to "Il Signor". (From there, you get to the mid station of the cable car).
