Description

This outside loop is stunning. A great trail with a combination of slickrock and singletrack with dirt and small loose stone. There are some challenging areas that are short lived on Holy Guacamole.

Running along the rim and next to Zion is stunning, as you cruise your way through juniper, mesquite, sagebrush, and rabbit brush. If there has been rain on the mesa, it will have an iridescent green color with the sage brush glowing plus plenty of wildflowers certain times of the year.

There is a little less slickrock on this loop with more singletrack through the dirt, small stone and, plenty of sage brush and rabbit brush.

There are a couple of great lunch spots along the rim with views of Eagle Crags and out over the valley where you drove in.
