Description

Flow starts at the top of Benson Grade opposite of Down Dogger. It jumps in right away to tight, steep and rocky terrain through a very lush forest.

The trail in the upper reaches of the route makes a transition to a few turns on loose surface as the forest opens up briefly. The respite is short-lived as you dive back into the forest and regain the steep descent.

The lower reaches include multiple (and slippery) ladder bridge crossings.

Flow ends at the highway. Stay right to run along the shoulder back to the main South Trails parking area.
