This is the most rugged way down off of the Monarch Crest Trail. A number of rocks and roots will keep your attention the whole way down. There are also about a dozen increasingly deep creek crossings.

This descent feels more remote than other descent options off of the Crest.

Be aware that this trail is shared with mountain bikers and motorcycles. Please stay alert while on the trail to ensure your safety and the safety of others.
