Description

There is something very unexpected about this place and if you didn't know it was here you would probably drive right on by. But lo, what a beautiful oasis of cascading waterfalls, pools, and vegetation. More than 7 million gallons of water flows through Cascade Spring each day.

Arguably, this is most family friendly trail in Utah, easily doable with babies and toddlers in tow. Wooden boardwalks and bridges make it easy to push a stroller around the loop. It's even certified ADA-accessible.

Cascade Spring suffered in 2003 from a prescribed burn in the area that escaped the planned burn area but happily it recovered well.

Flora & Fauna

Otters, beavers, deer, moose, elk, wild turkeys, hawks, hummingbirds.
