Description

From the junction with the Swift Creek Trail, the Granite Lake Trail goes west, crossing Swift Creek over a bridge.

About a quarter mile beyond the bridge, you'll approach Granite Creek. Climb through forests and flower-packed meadows.

Finally, run up some switchbacks to reach Granite Lake.

The trail continues to climb for 1.5 miles to very scenic Seven Up Pass, and then descends to Deer Creek Meadows, where it ends at Deer Creek Trail and the Four Lakes Trail.
