Description

Off the City Creek/Kinport Road, about 300 yards from the end of Upper City Creek Trail you'll see a bridge numbered 18. This is the start of Sap Tree. The trail is mostly forested and follows the creek up until you get to a huge pine tree that is oozing sap. There is also a log bench someone created, which makes for a fun trail feature.

The upper section is very steep, and not particularly enjoyable. But the lower section is incredibly beautiful 2.2mi — 0h 30m
