Description

Parking is available on either end, but access from the rail trail requires parking near White Pine Touring. Once finished you can take the bus back to your car on Aerie Drive, or run back.

Throughout the run there are great views of Park City proper, as well as the surrounding mountains and ski resorts. During the descent, there are a few rocks and roots, but otherwise Lost Prospector is a very smooth trail.

All in all, Lost Prospector is a great trail, providing smooth, well maintained descents or steady climbs depending on the direction you run it. With connections to many other trails in the area, it's very easy to mix in different sections of trail to vary your run.
