Runner Notes

The rest of this trail winds through hardwood forests on top of the ridges. Nice and rolly polly.

Description

There are great views in Refugee Cove as the trail skirts the high tide mark. There is a nice beach to soak up some sun if you are lucky enough to get it during your run. The climb out of Refugee Cove is a steep doubletrack. At the top of the big hill, stay right and veer onto the singletrack again to continue on the trail.

Refugee Cove links the southern end of the Coastal Trail to Mill Brook Canyon Trail.
