The lower section of the trail is steep and often has loose gravel and or can be washed out.

Description

From the 610 Rd., head down the hill through a couple of switchbacks and then into some rolling hills. This section of trail at dusk is beautiful as the sunlight filters through the trees. Continue down the steep hill until the trail opens up into an open south-facing hillside that was once an Orchard. You can catch glimpses of the Caretaker Cabin to the west across the meadow. Bomb down the hill and finish on Jackson Creek Rd.
