Highlights include beautiful views, well-maintained trails, and the unique experience of hearing chimps. Challenges consist of steep sections and narrow paths. Bring water and hiking sticks for support.

Some sections of the White Trail are not for the faint of heart! You'll need to run single file along narrow edges in places; trekking poles are strongly recommended in wet weather. When the trees are not in full bloom, you can see directly into the Peachtree Habitat where chimpanzees live in sanctuary at Project Chimps. A $2 trail use fee is requested in the parking lots before you start hiking.
