From Mousam Way Park, the trail follows Water Street northwest to Mill Street. It follows a grassy path, just below the dam, then the edge of Mill Pond. It follows the rest of the driveway, then turns right at a gap in the fenceline. It turns left onto Riverbank Court and travels to Springvale Riverside Cemetery. Through the cemetery, it follows the road closest to Mousam River to the northwestern edge of the cemetery. Here, the trail enters the woods and traverses over rocks and roots up to Indian's Last Leap. It continues up to the trailhead on Stanley Road, then turns left. From here, the trail travels along the western edge of Mousam River down to Holdsworth Park. After passing by the pavilion, the trail travels along an indistinct path up to the parking area on Main Street. The trail follows the sidewalk along Main Street back to Mill Street. Turn left onto Mill Street to complete the loop.
