This trail starts from the Hubbard Hill State Forest Trailhead, on Borough Road, and follows the snowmobile trail. Follow the white blazes or snowmobile signs all the way out to the powerlines. At the powerlines, it may be tricky to see the rest of the trail (through the tall weeds). Make sure to stay on the trail (here), since the property to the left is a shooting range. Just past the shooting range gate, the trail follows the dirt road out to Old Claremont Road.
