This is a gated community and unauthorized vehicles will not be allowed in. FOR ENTRY: (11416 Iverson Rd., Chatsworth) Take the 118 Freeway to Topanga Canyon BLVD. Turn SOUTH and right onto Santa Susana Pass Rd. Go 0.9 miles to Iverson Rd. Turn right and follow Iverson 0.3 mile to the 118 Freeway overpass and park where available. Parking is available at the side of the road outside the entrance to the Indian Springs community, usually under the 118 Freeway overpass.

Description

After passing through the locked gate, follow the signs marked "Los Angeles County Trail," which parallel the road. At the end of a short steep climb, the more difficult portion of Johnson's begins.

At the end of the trail is the Rocky Peak Fire Road.
