Description

Starting on the west side at trail intersection #4 Southwoods Loop Trail (Blue Trail Markers), the wide mowed grass trail with little shade follows along a tree line and then opens up to grass prairie and loops around near train tracks. The trail ends at an interpretive sign describing the history of how the glacier mounds were created at trail intersection #5 North Grasslands Trail (Red Markers).
