Starting at the main parking lot, you enter a wide grass trail in a prairie. The trail transitions to dirt as you head towards the woods, then back to grass as you head back to the prairie and main parking lot.

Note: The southeast side of trail (where 0.14 is shown on the official trail map) does not exist and changed slightly from what is shown on the official trail map therefore follow the GPS trail which is accurate. There are several interconnecting trails that are not marked so be careful not to take a wrong turn. Horses are allowed on trails with some areas being muddy or uneven from horses.
